9. TECHNOLOGY NOTICE
9.1 AI and Automated Processing
Transcription, translation, AI search, decoding, and synthetic dubbing on the Ejiogbe Voices app are performed using a mix of AI-powered tools, external APIs, and direct human input from our team or contributors, and are guided by our Agent Fenix & AI Ethics framework. While these technologies help make cultural knowledge and oral histories more accessible in multiple languages (English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Haitian Kreyol), they are not flawless. We strive for reasonable accuracy, but errors, omissions, or changes in meaning may occur. AI-generated outputs (including search results, translations, decoding/interpretive assists, summaries, and dubbing) are provided for educational and accessibility purposes only. Where there is any conflict or uncertainty, the original source (including original audio, original-language text, and the relevant community or knowledge keeper authority) remains the authority. We always welcome feedback and corrections from the community and contributors, so our materials remain trustworthy and respectful.
